virtual class Frequently Asked Questions

Our virtual (Zoom) classes are live (streaming) every M W F at 8:30 am (MST – Phoenix) and is available to paying members only. Individual or monthly classes may be purchased on the home page, or monthly donations may be made by contacting Tom at 1-480-926-3887, Monday through Saturday from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm MST (Phoenix).

This is a full 75-minute class, including a 6-minute walk/movement section, on M W F at 8:30 am MST (Phoenix). Once you are signed up for the class, you will receive an email containing the ID/link and a list of equipment or suggestions of alternative items to use for the class that day. The boxing section of class with the heavy and double-ended bags will mostly be "shadow" boxing with no contact for those on Zoom, unless you have your own speed bag or heavy bag at home.

These classes are for paying members only. Of course, your first month is free and then you will be charged per class/month after. For those out-of-area members unable to attend the gym, the cost will be $10.00 (US) per individual class or $100 (US) per month. For those in the area that usually attend class at the gym, this is included in your normal monthly donation. As mentioned above, once you are signed up, you will receive an email with the link to the Zoom class. For those signing up for an individual class, please purchase the class at least 24 hours in advance so you will receive the Zoom link in time.

For those following us at home, you don't need any equipment; but you might have a better workout if you purchase some hand weights (2-5 lbs), a stepper (or use any stable stairs in your house), plus some resistance bands. As you desire, you can also purchase a speed bag and/or a heavy bag and have it installed (per local codes) in the room you work out in.
