If you want to attend three (3) classes per week every week (12-13 classes) the cost will be $150 per month.*

If you want to pay as you go, the cost is $20 per class. Once you've paid for 7/8 classes, the cost remains $150 per month.

We live stream our 8:30 am class (Phoenix time) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It is 75 minutes long. The cost for this is $100 per month (12-13 classes). We provide suggestions for the equipment to use in your home or while traveling.
*For those already attending our regular gym classes, this option is included in the monthly cost.

We have a great amateur boxing coach for those interested in individual boxing training. This is not for those with Parkinson's, but rather for those who are interested in actual training. If you are interested, call Donnel at 781.985.1881 for more information.
